Residents survey 2022

A link to the survey is included in the letter sent to selected households.

The survey will ask you for one of the three access codes on your letter. If you have not been sent a letter, you will not be able to answer the survey.

Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils have commissioned this survey to help us understand more about residents personal and community resilience and about how our councils are performing and how we can improve our customer experience.

It will also help us understand more about your views of your local area and improve how we work with you to make Babergh and Mid Suffolk even better places.

The Survey will run from June to August 2022.

Opinion Research Services (ORS) is carrying out the survey on our behalf.

The Survey is for Babergh and Mid Suffolk residents aged 16 and above. ORS will randomly select up to 8,000 households from each district to invite to take part in the survey. These households will receive an invitation letter and information leaflet in the post that asks them to take part and gives instructions on how to do it online.

Please take part if your household receives an invitation.

Those who cannot complete the survey online will be offered a chance to complete a paper questionnaire later.
